Each listing is created and managed by the residence itself (or its managing agent). Resitec does not independently verify listings — still do your own due diligence before you apply or sign anything.
Can I apply to more than one residence?
Yes — apply to as many as you like and track each one.
What happens after I apply?
The residence reviews your application and updates your status; you'll be able to see it on the platform.
Are residences verified?
No. Residences pay a listing fee, and only up-to-date published listings appear here — but that is not verification. Resitec and its related parties do not inspect, endorse, or guarantee any residence. Confirm details with the residence before you commit.
